XGN2-12 box type fixed AC metal enclosed switchgear (referred to as XGN2-12 switchgear) is one of the leading products of the company. The main switches use vacuum circuit breakers such as VN8, Zn28, VS1 series. The isolation switches use GN30 and GN22 series. Its bus system is the single bus.

The overall structure of XGN2-12 switchgear is assembled. Its cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates that have been bent and assembled many times. a. XGN2-12 switchgear has been awarded the national patent with the patent number ZL2004 2 0071059.1.

b. The isolation switch and grounding switch adopt the disc type rotating mechanism, which is easy to operate and labor-saving.

c. The panel of breaker room is equipped with an emergency opening button with protection, which can achieve emergency opening without opening the cabinet door.

d. Comprehensive mechanical “five prevention” interlocking device can effectively prevent the occurrence of electrical mis-operation.

e. Remote control/local operation can be achieved by switching the control switch.

f. The integrated operating mechanism effectively meets the requirements of "operation interlocking self-locking" for isolation switches and grounding switches, while achieving mandatory mechanical locking with cabinet doors.

g. It can be combined with the five-anti-lock locking of microcomputer. By installing locks on primary equipment such as breakers, isolation switches, and grounding switches, the operation can be forcibly locked, making the operation safer and more reliable. 

h. The secondary wire is placed in the metal duct, which can effectively prevent accidents of the primary system from spreading to the secondary system. 

i. The double-sided maintenance doors are set in the cabinet. The front door can maintain the instrument room and circuit breaker room, while the rear door can maintain the cable room and busbar room.

j. The high current switchgear (4000A) is equipped with the air-cooled system to control the start and stop of the fan based on changes in the circuit current. At the same time, manual control switch is set. When the automatic control circuit fails, the fan can be manually activated to force air cooling.
